Sally looked after my elderly father through some very difficult health problems and is as her company suggests 1st class.

Her treatment of not only my father, but the rest of the family, particularly my mother, was exemplary and I know my father would not have survived his last year without her help.

Sally Cooper treated my father with dignity and cared for all aspects of his well-being.

My father held Sally in very high regard and trusted her completely.His faith in Sally was such that he asked for her to continued care when he was hospitalized a number of times during his final year. Sally attended to him in NHS hospitals, sometimes travelling long distances, and then doing whatever the hospital’s protocol would allow.

Care of my father was a difficult task, which Sally carried out beyond anything we, as a family, could have hoped for and earned her the respect of some hospital staff and other healthcare professionals encountered, for the way in which she conducted herself and her duty of her care to my father.

My mother continues to use 1st class care services Ltd, for non personal help and feels she was very lucky to find someone who is not only very good at their job, but someone of Sally’s honesty and integrity.

Anyone who is cared for by Sally Cooper or 1st Class Care Services Ltd can only benefit from her knowledge and understanding of her clients needs.

Thank you and your team for your outstanding care for my mother over the past 3 years. Finding you as you were just starting out was a stroke of good fortune. I/we never had cause to regret taking you on.

Sally and her Care team provided an excellent level of compassionate care to my Mum and support to our family for eight years.

During this period my Mum’s care requirements increased often after a period in hospital. Nothing was too much trouble for Sally and her team to meet the additional needs which enabled Mum to stay in her own home until she passed away.

The Carers were always professional, kind, supportive and caring. Mum looked forward to their visits which were always made on time and she enjoyed their friendly conversations and laughs together.

Sally and her team maintained excellent contact with our family, promptly letting us know of any concerns they had and were proactive in working with us to seek solutions.

We were so fortunate to engage the services of such an excellent Care company who definitely went above and beyond what we could reasonably expect.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services.

Just a little note to say THANK YOU so much for all the love, care, respect and attention you gave to R.W. I know she could be a ‘tad’ difficult, with a sharp  tongue but she could also be wonderfully kind with a wicked sense of humour!

You all helped to prolong her life in her beloved home surrounded by Bill’s creations. She was lucky to have you all.

I was able to visit my uncle Mr A.H for the first time for many months (because of Covid) last weekend. It was lovely to see him after such a long time. I wanted to thank you all for the wonderful care you have given A.H during this last difficult year. I know he really appreciates everything you do for him.

He really values his independence and your care has allowed him to stay at home where he wants to be.

It has been really reassuring to know he has been safe and well cared for during the pandemic

Thank you so much for all of your help and support for my sister A.H It was so good to know that you were there to help during her last few weeks.

Thank you for looking after me so well during my post operative period. Although only a short period of care, nothing was too much trouble for the carers. They all had excellent communication skills and engaged with me superbly well. They showed absolute respect for me and my home and I felt reassured at all times.

Words are inadequate to express how grateful and appreciative we are of all the loving and kind care you, Clare and your team have given to D.S for the past 4 1⁄2 years.

He hasn’t always been a model patient and you have coped with him with great for bearance and understanding. Moreover, on several occasions you have gone beyond the call of duty, out of hours, to be with him in times of crisis, not to mention doing battle with the surgery and pharmacy !

You have been true friends to D.S and we can’t thank you enough. He is very fond of you all and if ever you feel you have time (something that I know is in very limited

supply), it would buck him up to see you (but please don’t feel under any obligation to do this - you’ve done so much already).

You have made such a wonderful difference to all of us and we are so glad such a

wonderful team was able to do this for us.

What a lovely and tasty surprise you brought me yesterday on my birthday but in a sense it wasn’t because for many years my family have been clients of 1st class care services “in sickness and in health” It’s been a relationship of caring and not simply a business.

Thanks too for being such a good reliable company to work alongside me.

It’s my last scheduled visit tomorrow.

However it is reassuring to know that I am on your books should anything untoward arise in the future. I am still under a couple of consultants.

So many thanks for all the care, the kindness and professionalism of everyone that I have met.

My mother was a very independent lady throughout her lifetime.

She didn't easily accept help (though she was always willing to help other people).

So it was that, when in the latter years of her life she required professional care, she was reluctant even resistant to receive it.

It is therefore a testimony to the high level of care that she received from 1st Class Care Services that her resistance disappeared and she developed a real bond with her carers and they became good friends to her.

The level of care was very professional, full of empathy and to use the word again, caring.

On many occasions that care extended above and beyond the "call of duty". 

As a family we are indebted.
